Miss. Nimba wins the Miss. Liberia 2016/2017 beauty pageant!!!!

In what was was a very tense ceremony, the Miss. Nimba county representative in the just held Miss. Liberia beauty pageant has emerged as winner of the competition. Miss. Wokie Dolo, a graduate of the Cuttington University in Suakoko Bong County outperformed her fellow competitors according to the judges decision. She walks away with a 2017 Renault Grand Prize among other prices.

In a related development, Ms. Alfreda Toomey, the Grand Bassa representative in the pageant was name the people's choice award winner. She received the highest votes through the Lonestar text messaging voting scheme and took home the amount of US$2,337.00. Miss. Lofa Tina F. Nyunkor and Miss. Maryland Goretti L. Itoka were first and second runner-ups respectively.
